Mountain Strength OCR Training is a comprehensive OCR prep program that includes fitness, education, and nutrition information. These workouts are for all fitness levels and at the end you WILL be ready for your first or next obstacle race and more importantly a healthier life! This training will be hosted at Mountain Strength CrossFit in Wi******er, MA and will be done both indoors and outdoors.

3 Race Distances to choose from!

Format:
3 Race distances to choose from!
– 1 Mile (Merlin Mile OCR) with 16 Obstacles. A fun and fast course for beginners or sprinters.
– 5k (Fox Trot 5k OCR) with 20 Obstacles. A more challenging course requiring agility and technique.
– 10k (Timber Wolf 10k OCR) with 24 Obstacles. A grueling course demanding endurance and strength.
