CMJ (Counter Movement Jump) 📊
The CMJ measures an athletes lower body explosiveness, force production, and ability to rapidly produce power.

10 Yard and 30 Yard Dash ⚡️
For baseball players, the 10 yard and 30 yard dash measure first steps acceleration and overall speed. This is key when it comes to stealing bases, beating out throws, and covering more ground on the defensive side.
Broad Jump 🐇
The Broad Jump measures lower-body explosive power and horizontal force. This is key for faster acceleration, powerful base running, and overall explosiveness on the field.
5-10-5 Pro Agility 💨
The 5-10-5 measures change of direction, acceleration, deceleration, and lateral quickness. This is key for reacting faster and making explosive plays in the field.
Blast Motion and Pocket Radar ⚾️
The Blast Motion Measures the swing. It tracks bat speed, rotational acceleration, attack angle, connection, and on-plane efficiency to identify where hitters can become more powerful and consistent. The Pocket Radar measures the exit speed of the ball.
