What do we do the day after we come home from a big horse show? We feed horses before the sun is up and then go for a ride. Duh.

Looking forward to more upcoming adventures with Doc Holliday-this dude cruised around Pine Hill a few weeks ago like a total pro! Check out the little that could!

I call it “Hannah and Laura: a strange story of psychic connection” 😆 Shoutout to Hannah Mitchell for giving up her only day off to come chaperone me at the horse show. Thank god she was there, I definitely needed an adult and a lucky charm 🍀

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!! We are so proud of Doc Holliday (aka I’ll Be Your Huckleberry) for completing Pine Hill’s Schooling BN HT on his dressage score of 24.7 to end up in first place! Huge thanks to Doc’s owner, Becky Wallace, for the chance to get this guy back to competition, and Hannah Mitchell for being the best and most fun support crew around!!

I never thought in my professional life I’d spend so much time time thinking about geometry or cleaning mirrors…or saying things like”stop licking that” or “what a healthy poop!”

But here I am, living the dream 🤣

Through the bounce line, over the coop, rollback to the log and down the brush box to the bending line. Nothin’ but net. And then slay the grid to finish a great ride 💪

Nothing like a fun little jump school to start a Thursday off right! All the pats for the best good boy, Doc!

She’s still a bit quick backing off, but all the “good girls!” for Dove in trailer loading practice today! So proud of this little mare-big shout out to the one and only Hannah Mitchell for all her good work with this horse!

Good girl, Sis. 35 days until showtime and all fingers are crossed.
