Strong work by the men who showed up for today’s ruck! We covered 6 miles, crossed a creek, and when an obstacle appeared , we took an unknown path and kept moving forward. No excuses, no quitting—just men embracing the challenge and finding a way.

Even better, we welcomed a new member to the group today. That’s what F3 is all about: pushing ourselves, supporting each other, and growing stronger together.
