Join F3 Riverview tomorrow at 7:00 AM for a 3-mile ruck through the Belmont Community. Carry a ruck or just bring yourself—we don’t care how fast you are, just that you show up. We’ll get some miles in, share some laughs, and nobody gets left behind.

Strong work by the men who showed up for today’s ruck! We covered 6 miles, crossed a creek, and when an obstacle appeared , we took an unknown path and kept moving forward. No excuses, no quitting—just men embracing the challenge and finding a way.

Even better, we welcomed a new member to the group today. That’s what F3 is all about: pushing ourselves, supporting each other, and growing stronger together.
