It’s that time again — our Annual Meeting is just around the corner! This is your chance to help shape the future of our club as we elect new officers and board members for the coming year.

🍴 We’ll kick things off with a Crockpot Potluck Dinner at 6:15 PM, so dust off your favorite recipe and bring something to share!

🗳️ Officer & Board Elections will follow at 7:00 PM.
➡️ We are especially in need of a Secretary! This position is currently vacant, and it’s putting extra work on our current officers. If you’re organized and willing to lend a hand, please consider stepping up — your help is truly needed and appreciated!

Dear Members,

This is a friendly reminder that our monthly club meeting will be held on Thursday, July 3rd at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse. We encourage all members to attend and stay involved in club activities. One of the key topics on the agenda will be finalizing plans for the July 4th Pancake Breakfast and Fun Shoot, among other club matters.

Start your Independence Day off right with a great breakfast and a little friendly competition!

🎯 Shooting: Begins at 9:00 AM

Fun Shoot Details:

25 rounds of 16-yard singles

25 rounds of 18-yard wobbles
💲 Shooting Fee: $15

$10 goes to the club

$5 goes into the prize pot for the winners
🏆 Prizes: Will be determined the day of the shoot and based on the number of shooters
