✨”Strength for life.” It’s a phrase we use a lot around here, but this week, two of our incredible clients reminded us exactly what that means. Pilates isn’t just about what happens on the reformer, it’s about preparing your body for the unexpected.

👉 Meet Priscilla Bader (on the right): When a storm knocked out her power for 30 hours over the weekend, Priscilla had to step up to keep things running for her family. Because of her husband’s medical condition, she single-handedly managed a portable generator, hauling it out of the basement, lifting and holding heavy 5-gallon gas cans, and getting it started all on her own. Priscilla reached out to tell us there is no way she could have done it without the functional strength she built right here with the team at The Pilates Advantage!

👉 Meet Kelly Keogan (on the left): Kelly was in a severe car accident just 10 days ago where her vehicle actually rolled over. Having suffered from severe back issues in the past, Kelly came up to us after class today with the most incredible realization: she walked away from that crash without injury because her core and spine were protected by the deep, stabilizing strength she’s built in studio.
We are so incredibly proud of Priscilla and Kelly. Their stories remind us that the work we do today builds the resilience we need tomorrow.
