The Pilates Advantage is a full service Pilates studio serving the towns of Redding, Ridgefield, Weston & Wilton. Located in Wilton, The Pilates Advantage offers private, semi-private, group training on all pilates equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, as well as group fitness classes - Barre, Sculpting and Rebounding (mini trampoline) "pilates style". Our Mission: At The Pilates Advantage, we are a team of seasoned professionals that continue to expand our knowledge of "The Method." We believe that, through team effort and further education, we can serve our clients with a fresh approach that will carry them with core strength, balance, and flexibility of the mind and body. We are thrilled to welcome Samantha Cole Sacchetti to The Pilates Advantage family as our new Studio Manager!

Samantha brings an incredible blend of experience in wellness, hospitality, client relations, business ownership, and entertainment, along with a genuine passion for making people feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

Her impressive background includes owning a luxury concierge business in the Hamptons, as well as more than 30 years in the music industry as an international recording artist, singer, songwriter, and vocal coach. A former Universal Records artist with Billboard-charting music, Samantha has worked alongside many respected professionals in the entertainment industry.

For the past 15 years, she has also owned and operated Celebrity Voice Coach in Danbury, where she continues to teach, mentor, and inspire others.

With her warmth, professionalism, creativity, and dedication to exceptional client experiences, we know Samantha will be a wonderful addition to our studio community!

The Pilates Advantage is hiring!

The Pilates Advantage in Wilton, CT is looking for a highly orgainized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our studio. The position is parttime 10 - 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule and be a fitness enthusiast, experience with the Mind/Body App (preferred but not necessary) have a friendly personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently and independently. This role involves handling client inquiries, managing scheduling, overseeing studio maintenance, and assisting with marketing efforts. The administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the stuio runs smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for our clients and instructors. Salary is negotiable.
