Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well and continue to do so. By this time, I’m sure everyone is aware that non-essential businesses will be closed until April 22 at the earliest. I’m sure this is having a major impact on many of you just as it is on small businesses. This is obviously something that must be done in order to help stop the spread. During this time a great YouTube channel to use as a resource while training on your own is DeVita Karate. Master Sarah Heines has a collection of videos which basically has all the TSDMGK curriculum from white belt through red belt. Don’t forget to also work on your pushups!

In order to comply with national / state / local efforts to limit the spread of Coronavirus we will be temporarily closing the studio starting Monday 3/16 - Sunday 3/29.
