At Natural Selection, our goal is to bring people back to nature, allowing athletes to connect with the elements that define their progression while creating a platform that celebrates creativity and innovation.

brought her ‘go big or go home’ attitude to Proving Grounds Pacific City, going huge on the jumps and laying down the style. At the end of the weekend Barb took home the golden ticket to the 2024 Proving Grounds Tour 🎟️

Barb explained, “I didn’t put too much pressure on myself to outperform or do anything out of my comfort zone, but I definitely felt a special something when it came down to being able to ride with these two powerhouse women [Hannah & Robin]. I’m new to the big scene, and definitely excited to see more of the world in the process.”

We are hyped to see on the 2024 Tour, insane location dropping very soon, stay tuned!

With a golden ticket to the 2024 Proving Grounds Tour on the line, brought his massive bag of tricks to Pacific City. With a ton of thrills (and a few epic spills) the Nitro Circus veteran rightfully earned himself a coveted spot on the 2024 Tour.

“My experience in Pacific City was incredible. The riding was unreal with so many talented people all pushing to progress the sport. Just stoked to be a part of something so special. I look forward to joining up with the Tour in 2024, wherever it lands, to keep pushing the level of riding, as well as putting new tricks out to the MTB world,” explained Kurtis.

So where is the next stop in 2024 Tour? Trust us when we say you’re going to want to stay tuned for this announcement!

This season Proving Grounds is mixing things up to ensure that riders and the freeriding community can continue to watch freeriding progress, evolve and come to life in the most dynamic ways possible. This September, Proving Grounds is heading west to offer the world’s top men and women in freeriding a shot to compete on the world-class new trail systems and parks being built in the trees along Oregon’s Pacific Coast. We can’t wait to share the action from Pacific City with the world, for free on September 27!

From Pacific City, select riders will move on to compete at an all-new, world-renown Proving Grounds to be announced in October. We can’t wait to share more, including a first look from riders’ search for the new (top secret) venue, with you soon. 

We are so grateful to the Prineville community who has shown up to support freeriding in Central Oregon over the years. Please consider this a see you soon, not a good-bye to Prineville forever. 

And thank you to the Proving Grounds partners helping to bring all the action from Pacific City to the world
