The Sculpt Pointe The only barre & sculpt studio in Wilson, NC at Hunter's Dance. We offer a fusion of classes that focuses on safely & effectively strengthening the core.

Dance Cardio Sculpt, Barre/Sculpt taught and led by TSP co-owner Heather Louise Finch. This Barre Sculpt program lengthens and strengthens your body in just 6-weeks. The routines are accessible to all skill levels; no dance background is needed. BARRE focuses on building strength and endurance while combining elements of dance training + ballet technique. SCULPT focuses on toning, lengthening, and sculpting your body with sequences to fatigue each muscle group. Combined with small isometric movements, this low-impact workout will make you feel like a rockstar afterward. We are operating under CDC and State guidelines. No more than 5 people per class. Temp check and mask required. Located at Hunter's Dance in Wilson, NC.

3 full days in NYC with a quick turnaround for another trip calls for some listen to your body! So thankful that was open this afternoon and able to get me in this evening. Such sweet staff. 🥰 (and I like the massage chairs too)

Don’t let the dog days of summer stop you from working on the best version of you! (We have AC) 🙋🏼‍♀️

June flew by and & attended almost every 6:10 am workout, Monday - Friday! Scout also made a few appearances but couldn’t reach the barre. And soon to be 6th grader came twice a week in the evenings - for barre/dance conditioning, with a heavy focus on improving her stamina, flexibility and strength.

The July schedule will be posted soon, with new private classes available. 💕🌸
