It’s that time! THE GOLF TOURNAMENT IS BACK.
Our 6th Annual Famous Joes Golf Outing will be held Saturday, September 26th at Ed Oliver Golf Club (Porky Oliver’s). We’re moving the tournament to a Saturday this year and are also moving the after party to Fairfax Tavern. We’ll have more room for everyone at Fairfax and the bar won’t open until we get there.
Tee Off will be promptly at 9am, so please get there before 8:30 to gather your team, find your cart and be ready to go by 9.
It’ll be a scramble style tournament. Teams of four at $100 per person or $400 per team. That cost will include your round of golf and an after party at Fairfax Tavern which will have plenty of food along with drinks that will be included for a period of time, and tons of prizes.
Sign ups are available at Joes starting today, or feel free to text me or Paige to register your squad. **Please make sure one person is designated as the captain to coordinate with us throughout the process.
Payment methods include Cash, Venmo or CashApp. You can send payments to me or Paige. Or if you bring cash to the bar, just let the bartender know and theyll make sure we get it. Cash is best but whatever works for you, works for us.

Our total number of teams keeps climbing each year, so let’s keep that momentum going! With more teams this year, there could be a max limit for the course. So if youre planning on signing up, the sooner the better.
