So there has been a been a change of plans: My family and I have decided to leave early for our West Jefferson, North Carolina trip on Saturday, September 12th. With that being said, Zumba is CANCELLED after all for Saturday, September 12. I apologize for any inconvenience! We just want to hit the road as early as possible.

Zumba Toning/Zumba combo class is still ON FOR TOMORROW (Friday, September 11) at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3). This will be your last chance to join me before I go on vacation!

If I do not see you at class tomorrow, than I look forward to seeing you all when I return for Zumba on Saturday, September 19, at 10:00AM at EDC REMINDER: ALL classes from September 12-18 will be CANCELLED!

Happy Labor Day weekend Hope you all are having a fantastic holiday weekend so far!

REMINDER: Zumba is still ON FOR TOMORROW (Monday, September 7; Labor Day) at 10:00AM at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3) and class will be FREE FOR EVERYONE Come start your Labor Day with a fun, calorie burning party at NO COST WHATSOEVER Got company in town? Invite them to join the fun! NO dance or fitness experience needed! Just move at your own pace and take breaks as needed. If you cannot make my morning Zumba class tomorrow, I will be teaching Zumba again at 5:00PM at Fit 4 Life in Mayfaire!

ALL of my Zumba, Zumba Toning, and a combo class of both at Evolution Dance Complex, Fit 4 Life in Mayfaire, and Aqua Fit at Fitness Zone at Davis Community will still be ON AS SCHEDULED this week.

However, I will be heading to West Jefferson, NC, after my Zumba class at 10:00AM at EDC on Saturday, September 12 (THIS Saturday). ALL of my classes from September 14-18 will be CANCELLED. We will be back on normal schedule starting with Zumba on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 10:00AM at EDC Hope to see everyone at my classes before I leave Saturday afternoon! Like I just mentioned, Zumba will still be ON FOR SATURDAY, SEPT. 12, at 10:00AM at Evolution Dance Complex, than I am leaving later afternoon on that same day.

Monday (FREE LABOR DAY ZUMBA CLASS!!!), Friday (Zumba Toning/Zumba combo), Saturday-10:00AM at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3)

Summer is (just about) over, school is back in session, which means it is time to get back into action!

Thursday, September 3 (THIS Thursday) will be the LAST Zumba class that I will be teaching at Crunch Fitness for the time being I will still be subbing Zumba there on occasion. However, ALL of my other Zumba, Zumba Toning, and a combo class of both at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3), Zumba at Fit 4 Life in Mayfaire, and Aqua Tone at Fitness Zone (980 Roundhouse Circle) will still remain the same in terms of times and prices. I will keep you all updated on any changes.

I am sorry to inform you that Zumba is CANCELLED FOR TOMORROW (Saturday, Aug. 29) because the studio has been overbooked and there is no room available for us to hold Zumba at Evolution Dance Complex I deeply apologize for any inconvenience! Have a great weekend!

Summer is coming to a close, school is back in session, so it is time to get back into the swing of things!
