It's that time again, better grab some balloons and invite your friends. Coach Ang has been happy about since it began.

B.A.N.T.A. it has been awhile but I am blessed everyday in this place and space.

Thanks hubs Brandon Midgett for the 6 mile running gift, you know how to light up a girls world.

Today's workout:
2 mile with strength interval @ 7am
lower body strength and power walk @ 8am
6mile run @ 7ish pm
2 rounds of Dumbbell full body fury 8pm
3 sets of abs & headstand ... as I type lol

I see some good sleep in my future🙌🏾
