✨ Endurance Exchange 2026 ✨
WOW talk about a weekend of learning, connecting, impact, and growth with the industries top professionals at Endurance Exchange!
As I brush off the magic glitter and feelings of optimism for 2026, I wanted to share my 3 impactful takeaways for coaches and athletes:
1. Feedback Trumps Data ♠️:
Data is important, but feedback from our athletes on how they are feeling is even more critical when making informed coaching decisions! Coaching is a human driven process that AI will never truly be able to replace. Dan Lorang, Head of Red Bull Endurance, encourages athlete’s to, “free themselves from the data,” or in other words - Listen to your body!
2. Nail the Basics 🔨:
If you can nail the basics, like prioritizing sleep and nutrition, implementing active recovery and stress reduction habits, and simply being consistent in how you show up and in your routine, you will be successful in the long run!
3. Mindset Matters 🧠:
Our thoughts govern our physical and mental state. If you can practice turning obstacles into seeds for success, develop purpose in the grind, and embrace every opportunity to execute your craft - You will have the tools to perform like a champion.
If you’ve made it this far, you get my bonus takeaway 💎:
Every successful coach athlete relationship has one thing in common: Trust. 🤝 As coaches, it’s paramount for us to foster the growth of trust and as athletes we must be open to growing this element in the relationship to reach our full potential.
Let’s rock 2026 🚀
