Daylight savings ends tomorrow and here’s one of the BEST hacks for the new year!! 👇🏽👇🏽
While most are excited to have an “extra” hour of sleep, even though they’ll most likely stay up later also and really not get any extra sleep.
This is THE BEST time of year for YOU to create a new powerful habit 🙌🏽
Go to bed your usual “daylight savings time”, but also wake up your usual “time”, which will be 1 hour early.
For example, if you’re use to going to bed at 10pm and waking up at 6am, don’t fight your body when it’s now ready for bed at 9pm and ready to wake up at 5am!
With this ”extra” hour you can do SO much! Find a really great audible or book focusing on an area of your life you’d like to improve (Health, relationships, finance, communication) anything!
Or, use that hour to start a new morning exercise routine (workout, yoga, walking).
If you are tired of waking up with that “oh 🤬” feeling, rushing to get ready, carrying all that anexity first thing in the morning 😣… tomorrow is THE DAY to CHANGE IT and to set you up to have a productive, healthy and happy new year! 🙌🏽
