Weight loss can be tough because focusing on the small details can be challenging.

If you consistently do these 4️⃣ things, your results will drastically change:

✅ Eat 1g of protein/ LB of BW
✅ Eliminate liquid calories (or track all)
✅ Drink at least ½ your bodyweight in ounces of water

🚨DEEP SQUATS ARE NOT BAD🚨

Deep squats are NOT inherently “bad” for you.

They can actually help with:

✔️ Building more muscle
✔️ Improving mobility
✔️ Enhancing functional strength
✔️ Improving knee health

BUT… We certainly would NOT encourage deep squats in these scenarios:

👉🏻 Significant hip impingement
👉🏻 Pain during squatting
👉🏻 Recent injury or surgery
👉🏻 Mobility restrictions

Everyone wants to know the “best” workout, supplement, or weight loss secret…

The truth? Most people don’t need more hacks…

They need to master the basics and do them consistently.

✅ Sleep 7–8 hours per night
✅ Drink enough water daily (1/2 BW in oz)
✅ Move more (10k steps is a great target)
✅ Prioritize protein while maintaining a calorie deficit (LIMIT & TRACK LIQUID CALORIES!)
✅ Strength train 2–3x per week (full body is best 😜)

Simple doesn’t mean easy.

The people who successfully lose 10, 20, 30+ pounds and KEEP IT OFF are usually the ones who stay consistent with these habits for months and years—not days and weeks.
