Wilmington Ballet Company invites you to participate in the reinvention of the Cape Fear Festival of Trees! On December 3rd, Minnie Evans Art Center will transform into a Winter Wonderland. The tree lights will sparkle and halls will be decked with local holiday art. Enjoy live performances from choirs, musicians, dancers, and holiday entertainers. Visit our Land of Sweets Café for delicious treats! Shop for special people at the Holiday Boutique with a variety of unique gifts from local artisans and businesses. Celebrate with children as they are sure to delight in the Gingerbread Village, with fun activities, entertainment, children’s trees, holiday goodies and crafts to bring home! Santa will make a special visit to the Village and be available to hear wishes and for photos. After all the Festival fun, let us captivate you with the magic and tradition of Wilmington Ballet Company’s Nutcracker; the only community based, full-scale, professional production of the traditional holiday favorite. From the moment the lights dim and Tchaikovsky's music begins, you will be transported to magical places... an enchanted Christmas party, the Land of Snow, & the Land of Sweets.
