Kettle Cross "Core. Cardio. Strength." Kettle Cross provides fast, fun and challenging workouts to men and women of all ages in a Rock N' Roll atmosphere.

Utilizing the best training practices and years of experience, our athletes rapidly become stronger, leaner and more flexible. We employ a NEW and UNIQUE training system called "Strength Endurance Training (S.E.T.) that is extremely safe and effective. Emphasis is placed on the Kettlebell, a Russian strength training tool renown for its ability to increase strength and endurance and torch body fat

, and the TRX Suspension Trainer to build core strength and increase flexibility. Our training schedule is:

Monday: 6AM, 8AM, 9AM, 4:15PM, 6PM
Tuesday: By Appointment
Wednesday: 6AM, 8AM, 9AM, 4:15PM, 6PM
Thursday: 4:15PM, 6PM
Friday: 6AM, 8AM, 9AM
Sunday: 7:45AM, 9AM

Pricing is $130.00 per month, no contracts. Kettle Cross is owned and operated by Jody Gray, M.S., a Masters degreed Exercise Physiologist. Jody has 30 years of professional experience. He is certified by both the World Kettlebell Club and TRX.
