Sheri Stulz - Owner/Operator

Sheri brings 25 years of coaching experience to The Flip Zone, including 15 years at the internationally recognized and respected Kids First Sports Center dba Queen City Gymnastics. Over her career, Sheri has successfully worked with athletes from beginners all the way up to the elite level. She’s coached numerous team and individual state gymnastics champions, and ha

s helped many young athletes qualify to TOPS Elite Training Camps. Many of Sheri’s athletes have gone on to have successful careers in college gymnastics and/or cheerleading including The Ohio State University, U.S. Air Force Academy, Western Michigan University, University of Cincinnati, Purdue, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky University. Sheri’s infectious high energy teaching style, commitment to teaching solid basics and proper technique, and love of working with kids creates a fast paced, challenging and FUN working environment that kids love to be a part of. Sheri is currently coaching the Clinton-Massie Jr. Varsity Cheerleaders. Sheri is married to husband Norm Stulz, a biology teacher at Warren County Career Center. Norm was a big ten scholarship gymnast and also managed/coached mens gymnastics programs at the Jr. national team levels for 15 years. They have two boys, ages 17 and 21 and live in Clarksville, Ohio and Chicago, Il.

Where moms come to get fit 💪🏼🩷✨

Join us for a quick 30 minute workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle the week!

Need to bring your baby, toddler or kiddo? That’s ok! Afraid your baby might cry or need a diaper change? Normal things. This is a no judgement zone. We workout, chase toddlers, take breaks when needed, and support each other 💞

You don’t have to be a mom to attend this class. You don’t have to bring a baby, lol. Momfit is for any woman wanting to move her body. This class also gives moms with no childcare a space to workout.

What to expect:
✨Upbeat music, friendly vibes, no pressure zone
✨Light weights, resistance bands, rings & balls
✨Babies lounging in their boppy or car seat
✨Toddlers playing and dancing
