How did December catch so many waves?
Here are a few tips from Ryan RC Surf Instruction:
1. Keep your hands on the board until your feet are set
2. When paddling, keep your toes on the back of the board so you don’t tip forward
3. Place your feet in the middle of the board when you pop up
Want to get in surf shape before you go?
Do push ups to build pop up strength.�Practice the surf pop up (jump to your feet into a surf stance).�Build your cardio with running, rowing, or swimming.

10 squats (bodyweight or with dumbbell or kettlebell)

Rest a few minutes
Then 3 rounds of:
5 reverse lunges each leg
10 push-ups or crunches
300 meter sand run

Asking what she does for her exercise routine.

I get up at 5 am every morning to do a 20 min workout before going to work.

Any other exercise?

After work I usually go on a walk for about an hour and aim for 3 miles.

What keeps you motivated?

I never like how I feel when I don’t move around or do something active so I guess that’s what motivates me.

What do you eat?

I eat mostly real food and and limited the processed stuff.

Any alcohol?

I only drink socially with friends but never go past 2 drinks.
