Don't forget that World Tai Chi Qigong Day is the last saturday of April. We will be doing tai chi at Hugh MacCrae Park at the Gazebo. This is free to all to participate. This is a world wide event each year where people all over the world enjoy tai chi and qiqong starting at 10 am. Please be there around 9:45. There will be information out reminding everyone as time keeps getting closer.

Thanks to the assistant instructors tonight for taking class for me. I ways headed to the school and had vehicle problems and had to take it to the shop. I appreciate these guys so much.

We had one of our Black Belts visit from out of town Mr Chad Hall. There is a good chance that he will be moving back close, so watch out the training begins again. It was a blast working with Chad again, very dedicated black belt.
