Here is one of our recent clients that did our 8 week gradual program. Her focus was building healthy habits slowly so that they could be sustained! She concluded with a plan to continue toward her final goal. Wins: clothes fit better, more energy, able to enjoy social events and eat foods that she enjoys. Wrapping up another successful nutrition challenge... here are the results of one of our challengers Kathleen. She has been working with one of our coaches all year and always participates in our challenges. She has worked hard and lost 16 lbs this year!! During this last challenge which was 5 weeks long she lost 6. Our favorite part is that Kathleen has gradually made changes, learned how to sustain them, and she can still enjoy food and life! Today we want to spotlight one of Lacy’s clients that had great success with her 1:1 coaching.

did an 8 week challenge focusing on learning the basics of meal prepping and wanted to focus on fat loss! She zoned in on her macros, tracked everyday, and meal prepped on the weekends.

Her words halfway through "I can't believe it was so overwhelming a month ago 😂"

Our next shout out is male winner #1 (there was a tie for males!) . Matt lost 12.8 lbs and put a lot of effort into this challenge. He took up running on top of his daily workouts and tracked his macros carefully. We are extremely proud of you Matt! Great results!! 💪🏻💥

We have been super busy helping our friends at with their Lean Mean Quarantine challenge. They offered a free nutrition challenge to help their members during these crazy times.

Today we are spotlighting the female winner of the challenge: .

Jessica was super consistent with her macros and her workouts. Over 6 weeks, she lost 6.8 lbs and had great body composition changes. We are very proud of her hard work and look forward to continuing to help her progress. Jessica says “I can’t remember the last time I felt and looked this great!”

The winner of our recent 6 week Nutrition Challenge is
Carly was extremely consistent in hitting her numbers and work outs. She enjoyed foods that she loves and embraced learning about macros and food tracking for the first time. Carly lost 4.4 lbs, 3.6% body fat, and 2 inches off of her waist. (Did we mention she has two kids under the age of 2?) We are very proud of you Carly! Keep up the good work. 🥳🥳🥳
