The registration deadline for our upcoming Championship is Thursday, October 10th at 11:00 pm.

The final deadline for the upcoming WTSDA Region 8 Championship is THIS Thursday, October 10th at 11:00 PM. You can find the registration link here:

The tournament will be held October 25th and 26th at the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark in Pocono Manor, PA. Here is the tentative schedule for Friday and Saturday competition:

Friday Evening (Black Belt Divisions):
4:45pm - Judges & Arbitrators meeting in Kilimanjaro Ballroom
5:15pm - Doors Open
5:30pm - Bow in - Welcome - Oath - Black Belt competition begins
Saturday (Tiger/Dragon, Special Needs and Gup Divisions):
7:30 AM: Souvenir and Book Sales open to all; Information Desk opens to assist guests, answer competition questions; facilitate instructor package pickup, Instructors Club and Leadership Program member sign in
8 AM: Meetings for Arbitrators, Judges, Scorekeepers/Timekeepers in hallway outside African Ballroom
8:30 AM: Creativity Teams confirm props are ready in Kilimanjaro room (report for Creativity competition before 9:30 AM to Master Dayna Scott)
8:45 AM: Doors open to spectators
9 AM: Welcome and WTSDA Opening

Saturday’s competition begins with the following divisions: Tigers/Dragons and Special Needs (Gup and Dan students); Seniors; Youth; Adult followed by Grand Champion, Division Champion, and Scholarship Award presentations
NOTE: Schedule times may vary due to unexpected event delays, or the need to change the order of events listed. Times listed after 9am are estimates.
