We have NinjaZone class openings at Port City Gymnastics — and your first class is FREE! ❤️

Whether you have a tiny ninja who’s ready to start moving or an older kid who wants a new challenge, we’ve got a class for them:

⚡ Lil’ Ninjas | Ages 3–5: A fun 45-minute introduction to NinjaZone that builds body awareness, strength, agility, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills.

🔥 NinjaZone | Ages 6–12: An action-packed class combining gymnastics, free running, kicks, jumps, strength moves, and more while building confidence, discipline, balance, and athleticism!

These fun, easy, and creative drills are packed with benefits. 🌈

By walking their hands up a wall, or onto an elevated surface - gymnasts build shoulder strength, mobility, and body awareness in an engaging way. Elevating the legs on the block introduces the handstand shape, helping gymnasts feel their weight shift into their hands and shoulders.

This early exposure builds a strong foundation for future handstand progressions and overall upper-body control.💪

Our PCG Booster Club is hosting a Car Wash Fundraiser THIS SATURDAY, September 12th! Come support our competitive gymnasts as they prepare for their upcoming season! 🤸‍♀️✨

All proceeds will help cover our athletes’ competition and travel fees. Every donation makes a difference, and we’re so grateful for the support of our PCG community! 🫶
