Just one way to play with handstand in a Sun Salutation, Sun Sal B shown here. Sun Salutations are a complete exercise and doing several rounds is awesome when your short for practice time. Alone they aren’t enough long term, but they are the perfect starting point and fun to play with in your own practice!

Come and play!!

Join Faith Filsell, RYT200, for a 4 class series to build strength and confidence in your arm balance and inversion practice. These 90 minute workshops will give you the boost you need to develop the physical and mental abilities to fly!! You will have a better understanding of alignment and the techniques of engaging your core to add lightness to your lifts. Each workshop will dive into the fundamentals of arm balances and inversions with a different focus on a group of asanas each meeting. We recommend attending the whole series, but drop-ins are welcome.
