🏐VOLLEY TOTS🩷 a youth program developed for boys and girls ages 5-8 yrs old beginning to explore the game of volleyball. Players will be taught the FUNdamentals of volleyball through games, skills and activities. Players may register for and attend any number of Volley Tots sessions.

Middle School Fall League 🌊💙

NC Coastal is pleased to offer a Middle School 6 v 6 Fall league. Players will get 45-60 minutes of instruction from an NC Coastal Coach which will focus on a different skill each week and then play 2 thirty minute matches each league night.

‼️This Fall we are proud to be hosting Advanced Skills Clinics😎

NC Coastal’s Senior Staff will lead skills clinics this fall for advanced skill players. The training sessions are designed for advanced players seeking to make a national level club team and/or the JV or Varsity or A level team at their school. Players may register for any number of sessions that their summer schedule allows. The clinics will include a deep dive into all fundamental skills, position specific skills, and advanced game theory. Fall Advanced Skills will run on three courts and players will be assigned to a court by skill level and/or grade.
