Not to be cocky but You couldn’t tell me s**t then , and you shoul can’t tell me nothing now 🔥

My biggest flex is going after any and everything I want!! I dropped over 150 lbs. ALL NATURAL!! In January it will make 3 years since I made a change for the better!

Nothing but hard work and consistency! I could say it was easy but that would be FAKE NEWS, this took time, it took me to mentally change my whole life✨

Im still working on me and I ain’t even done yet, I’m about to kill the fitness game and change lives one at a time 💪🏾❤️

Let me tell you, these are two different women. In the first picture, I was going through my divorce, dealing with depression, gaining weight and was just miserable.
I wasn’t ready yet to take the steps to better health because I didn’t realize how fitness and nutrition play a pivotal role in your mental health. I know I say this a lot but I’m not sure where I would be today if I hadn’t started this journey.
Today, my life is different. I’m finding joy in learning who I am, I’m learning techniques and process to help with depression and most of all, my health is so much better and I’m grateful!
Going through all of this over the last few years have been difficult but it’s taught me to trust, to love, to endure, and to simply be me!
If taking steps to a healthy lifestyle is what you want, this is your reminder to start today. I started by walking, two detox pills a day and plenty of water I kept it simple but it helped me to feel better and have the courage to try new things and new exercises. My plea to you is to not wait until health issues arise, take action today. Be proactive instead of reactive!
