We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and motivation. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead group classes and provide personalized training sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Develop customized workout plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of clients.
Demonstrate proper techniques and body mechanics to ensure safe practice.
Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback to enhance their performance.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, and health practices.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals to promote overall wellness within the facility.
Experience

Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is preferred, with a strong understanding of anatomy knowledge and body mechanics.
Certification in Pilates reformer instruction is required.
Experience in other fitness disciplines such as yoga, dance, or personal training is a plus.
A background in working within health clubs or fitness studios is advantageous.
