Our very own Pauly T competed at the USA Powerlifting Mayhem Open 2026 in Appleton, Wisconsin this weekend and absolutely crushed it. 💥

After taking on HYROX Chicago in November, he came back stronger than ever and hit PRs across all three lifts today:

🏋️ 248 lb Back Squat
💪 198 lb Bench Press
🔥 297 lb Deadlift

Our CrossFit Wilmette Teens are showing up and CRUSHING it 💪🔥

🗓 New Schedule:
• Sundays – 9:30am
• Wednesdays – 6:30pm
• Thursdays – 5:30pm (this is now a Teens class, no adult class at this time)

Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete, this class is all about building confidence, strength, and healthy habits while having fun and hitting goals together 🙌

Join us Monday, May 25th as we come together to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who have served.

Whether this is your first Murph or your fifteenth, everyone is welcome. Murph is one of the most meaningful workouts we do all year, and just like every class at CFW, it is completely scalable for all fitness levels and experience.

Consistency like this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through discipline, dedication, and showing up even when life is busy. Dave embodies what it means to commit to both excellence and health, balancing a demanding career while continuing to push his limits in the gym.

Day 7 of the Push-Up Challenge 💪🔥

Coach Alvin tackled his 70 push-ups EMOM style today. 10 push-ups every minute on the minute. Consistency > excuses 😤👏

Meanwhile, Coach Mary Kate was busy “getting content” … not realizing she was becoming the content 😂📸

Little by little, rep by rep, challenge by challenge. That’s how progress happens. Keep showing up, even when it gets uncomfortable. Your future self will thank you 💥

5 years. 1,000 classes. 💥

Chris is the definition of consistency and if you’ve heard us talk about mechanics, consistency, and intensity, you know that consistency is where real progress is built.

It’s not just about showing up. It’s about showing up and moving well over and over again. Building strong mechanics, repeating them across days, weeks, and years, and creating a foundation that holds up no matter the workout.

Consistency is what turns practice into progress
Consistency is what builds confidence across movements, loads, and new challenges.

Consistency is what allows intensity to follow.

Chris didn’t get here by accident. He built it rep by rep, class by class, year by year.

1,000 classes is more than a milestone. It’s a testament to doing the work, trusting the process, and committing to long term growth.
