Founding Membership Deadline Announcement

We are excited to announce that we are extending the availability of our Founding Pickleball Memberships through July 1, 2026. This is your final opportunity to secure our special founding member pricing before the upcoming rate increase.

Beginning July 1, 2026, all NEW memberships will transition to our standard membership rates, which will include a $25 monthly increase. Founding Membership pricing is reserved exclusively for those who enroll before the deadline and will be grandfathered in as long as their membership remains active.

Please note that once a Founding Membership is canceled, it cannot be reinstated and this special membership offering will not be available again.

Sign up before July 1, 2026, and lock in your Founding Member rate for the future.

We’re stepping into the next level here at 88888 Ranch, and we wanted to share some exciting updates with our community:

✔️ New Pickleball App: We’ve officially moved to Open Court for all registrations and bookings
✔️ Website Update: A refreshed experience is now live
✔️ Property Enhancements: coming!..New private gates, expanded ponds, improved roads, and ongoing upgrades across the ranch
✔️ New Lodging: A newly remodeled home has been added to our Airbnb options starting April 1 St
✔️ Ranch Life Growth: More Highland cows and expanded fishing areas for an even better outdoor experience

We’re also expanding into a larger vision of services, including:
• Health & Wellness Experiences
• Weddings & Private Events
• Corporate Retreats
• Pickleball “Play & Stay” Packages
• Future Fly-In Access for STOL aircraft

This is just the beginning.

OPEN COURT – NEW PICKLEBALL SYSTEM LAUNCH

We are excited to announce that 88888 Ranch is transitioning to a new pickleball software platform: Open Court.

As part of this upgrade, all existing memberships through Playbypoint will be canceled.
If you experience any billing issues or have questions during the transition, I will personally handle them for you.
