2024 / Year 6 of GLL. A huge thank you to everyone for your continued support. Whether you registered, offered to help, bought merch, or came out to spectate and hang out—I’m grateful for all of you. This year, we saw all our Practice Day and Skidpad Social events sell out, hosted our first double-pad event, and co-hosted our first women’s event—all huge milestones for GLL.

Looking ahead, GLL will undergo a long-overdue revamp that will unfold over the coming year. It’s our duty to deliver the highest quality events possible, and we’ll be going through changes and improvements to ensure we’re able to keep raising the bar. Special shouts out to the staff team for putting me ease, yall really saved GLL.

Something huge is coming in 2025. I can’t wait to share more with you all soon!

Battle Comp 2024 is now open for registration. Come test your skills with some of the best and push your driving to the limit!

All registered drivers will have plenty of runs during morning qualifying and open runs after the comp. The Top 16 comp usually takes around 2 hours, so tons of driving for all.

Prizes and judges to be announced.

GLL is officially on summer break! +100 degree heat on asphalt all day, no thanks. The last Practice Day was great, but definitely not trying to do that again haha.

We’ll be back in September with this year’s Battle Comp. See yall then 🤘

Lucky Select this Sunday!

This invitational event is geared towards pushing the limits of drivers and course layouts with a Select group that can help achieve the maximum D.

Although invite-only for drivers, spectators are always welcome.

SS21 registration now open!

We’re running back to the same course as SS20. Clearer weather means faster speeds and faster D’s. The back section has been pushed out into the new asphalt to allow for more run up into the gallery turn.

Intermediate and advanced drivers highly recommended. Come push your driving!

SS20 was a milestone for GLL. Throughout the 5 years of hosting, we’ve been able to challenge drivers with technical layouts, and in turn challenge myself to keep creating and improving. Courses will be getting more difficult in the future!

The event had our first downpour of rain in 3+ years. Drivers started off with a damp course in the morning, dry runs by noon, and fat ass ponds by 3pm. Shouts out to the drivers, even with changing conditions y’all were able to adjust and keep pushing 💪

We’re doing this run of hoodies with the homie ! He’s running a special on hoodies and shirts so check it out!

3 different color choices: OLIVE, DARK GREEN, and DARK GREY. You have enough black hoodies, style up a lil ya feel me?

Preorders will close on Valentine’s Day 02/14 (what a perfect gift for your shorty). Production will take an estimated 2 weeks.

We made it to SS20!

Our Skidpad Social events are catered towards the intermediate and advanced drivers. Layouts are more technical than Practice Days (and have no figure 8 area), including constant changes in speed which will require braking, finding grip, and taking the correct line. Tandem and group drifting is highly encouraged.

2023 / Year 5 of GLL. Thank you to all who attend our events, old and new. We enjoy these events because yall enjoy these events, and we’ll keep going as long as we can.

In 2018, , , , , and myself came together to formulate a simple plan: host quality events. Through years of hard work, constant improvement, and striving to be great, GLL has evolved into what it is today. Thank you to my friends that continually take the time out of their lives to come together each month to make these events happen. I’m absolutely proud of what the team has accomplished, and look forward to the future.

The mission is clear: elevate the driving of those who attend, and to have fun while doing it. But we’re also here to celebrate our community, and showcase the talent that thrives in our area. We’re some real heavy hitters here in Northern California.
