GREAT SUCCESS!!!! Had an absolute blast hosting for a body lock passing seminar! I am personally looking forward to honing the skills with the crew in the coming weeks and trying to consume all the leftover taco stuff.

Happy to be back to work! Thank you everyone for your patience. The rough edges of this disaster will be smoothed out over time. But we can do Jiu Jitsu again and I'm very grateful.

I had privilege of being the first guest on a new project authored by one of our own, Nikolas Antoniou.
