👏 Huge shoutout to our hunter, Matt, for dropping an absolute STUD of a whitetail here in Ohio! 🦌🔥

This is what dreams are made of — big racks, hard work, and the perfect moment coming together in the woods. Matt made it happen and tagged a buck that ended up being his biggest whitetail to date! He put an awesome shot on this deer and it barely made it out of sight before going down.

Some hunts come easy, and some hunts turn into adventures you’ll never forget. For our friend and client Mike, this buck was one of those unforgettable stories.

After a not so well-placed shot due to hitting a tree limb, the deer had other plans and pushed the hunt into overtime. That’s when we called in Longspur’s Middle Ground Wounded Game Recovery, and the real chase began. Their incredible dog Lady May took the trail and led us on a winding 4-mile journey through the hills before finally bringing us to Mike’s trophy. This deer would’ve never been recovered without Jared and Lady May. We cant thank them enough.
