Dance is not just for (or just good for!) kids, y'all! 😊 Our adult classes are a blast, and Conditioning has everyone from dance moms that wanted to better their strength, tone and balance to competition team members that use it to better their strength, balance, and technique.

Notice "strength and balance" are common benefits. 😉 Come on in!

Interested in starting your clogging journey? Have we got a deal for you! We have clogging classes for beginners of all ages 6 and up (Adult Beginner will open back up as soon as we have 4 registered students)! Promotions are effective immediately... our two promoted Beginner 1 students danced with Beginner 2 right afterwards (final list coming after today 😉), so if you have a student that promoted from Beginner 2 to Intermediate 1, they are welcome at the 4 pm Int 1 class today!

Also, this is another quick reminder that this is the LAST WEEK of classes since schools are starting back up... we will see all students after Labor Day!
