There’s a whole lot of history, heart, and hard work behind Diamond Dance Studio! 🩷

What started in 2014 has grown into a dance family spanning multiple communities, serving dancers from age 2 through 18, and giving dancers the opportunity to participate in both recreational and competitive programs. ✨

But our favorite fact of all? Every dancer belongs here. 💎

For 13 seasons, our goal has been about so much more than teaching dance. We’re here to build confidence, create friendships, encourage hard work, and give our dancers a place where they feel supported, celebrated, and part of something special.

The first week of dance is almost here, and we are SO ready to welcome everyone back into the studio! 🩷

Whether it’s your dancer’s very first class EVER or they’ve been counting down the days until they can get back in the studio, here’s your quick first-day checklist:

✨ Hair up and out of their face
✨ Dance shoes packed
✨ Water bottle ready
✨ And most importantly… bring a BIG smile! 😄

First-day nerves are totally normal! Our instructors are ready to help your dancer feel comfortable, confident, and excited to dance. 💎

We are beyond excited to shine the spotlight on Myla this month! 💎🩷

Myla is the definition of a dedicated dancer. She works incredibly hard in class AND at home, always putting in the extra effort to strengthen her skills and continue growing. But what makes Myla especially deserving of this spotlight goes far beyond her dancing!

She is such a positive force in the classroom. She is encouraging, kind, hardworking, and the type of teammate every dancer should strive to be. She comes to class ready to work, supports those around her, and leads by example. ✨

Myla truly represents everything we want a Diamond Dance Studio dancer to be — hardworking, positive, supportive, dedicated, and an amazing teammate. 💎

Dance is about SO much more than learning steps. 🩷💎

It’s walking into the studio and slowly finding your confidence. It’s learning how to work as a team, how to keep going when something feels hard, and how amazing it feels when that hard work finally pays off.

It’s friendships, discipline, courage, creativity, and memories that last far beyond the final bow. ✨

Yes, we teach dance—but we’re also helping our dancers grow into confident, hardworking, kind humans. And that will always be one of our favorite parts of what we do. 🥹🩷

The skills they learn in the studio go with them everywhere. 💎

When she’s not at the studio, you might find her making costumes or spending a weekend at the Renaissance Festival with friends! Her favorite dance style is contemporary, her go-to snack is apples dipped in caramel 🍎, and her favorite routine this year is Can’t Help Falling in Love. 🥹✨
