From what once started as a place with barely a squat rack, dumbbells and a treadmill…

To now, one that offers 75+ machines…some of which are the most premier gym pieces on the market.

🔥GLUTE THRUST DEMO!! 🔥

This is a deeper look into the .strength.equipment 3D Glute Thrust. Quickly has become one of our favorites.

Here’s how to use it 👇🏼
   
⚙️ SET UP
-BACK: Align the back pad with your mid-upper back and shoulders.
-FEET: Place feet flat, hip-width apart on the platform. (Knees should create a 90° angle.
-BELT: Secure the padded lap bar tightly into your hip crease.
   
🔓 UNRACK
-BRACE: Tighten your core and keep your chin tucked.
-LIFT: Drive through your heels to push your hips up.
-UNLOCK: Twist the safety handles backward to release the hooks.
   
🔁 MOVE
-LOWER: Drop your hips under control without letting weights crash.
-DRIVE: Push up powerfully until your body forms a straight line.
-SQUEEZE: Hold and squeeze your glutes at the top for one second.
   
🔒 LOCK
-RE-ENGAGE: At the top, twist the handles backward to lock the hooks.
-LOWER: Slowly sink your hips down until the machine rests securely.
