The WHA Board of Directors is still accepting applications for our upcoming election. We are in need of applicants to fill 5 open positions. For over a year, the board has operated with less than a full capacity of members. In order to provide opportunities to our local athletes, we need a full board to tackle the demands of running a hockey program.

If you’re curious about what it takes to be on the board, please reach out to any current board member. You do not need to be a hockey guru. You simply need to be willing to step up and help our program continue to provide opportunities for our players.

The WHA hockey family lost a good one recently. Ben was a big fan of his kids and their teams. He was also a former Willmar Cardinal hockey player. He will be missed by many!
