Two of our physical therapists, Kristina & Amy, braved the frigid cold to grab some 🥕 from our garden 👩🏼🌾. Carrots are a great winter vegetable to be used in soups or stews, cooked as a side dish, or nibbled raw with hummus 🐰 a good source of beta carotene, fiber, potassium and antioxidants. I bet you’ve never seen a rabbit wearing glasses - because carrots are terrific for better eye health 🤓
