โ๏ธ Meet Our 2026 Summer Interns!
June 20 is officially the first day of summer, making it the perfect time to introduce our 2026 Summer Interns!
๐๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ง๐, ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ
Jayla was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota, and recently finished her freshman year at the University of North Dakota, where she is studying Pre-Nursing. This is Jaylaโs third summer with Kidโs Camp, but her first summer serving as an intern.
She is excited to take on a larger role within Kidโs Camp, help plan activities, and be part of the fun all summer long. A fun fact about Jayla is that she competed in dance for 14 years!

Knox was born and raised right here in Williston, North Dakota, and is heading into his senior year at Williston High School. He stays active in the community and keeps busy with hockey, golf, and motocross.
This summer, Knox will be gaining hands-on experience in marketing, events, photography, social media, and all things Williston Parks & Rec. Weโre excited to have his creativity, energy, and local pride on the WPRD team.

James was born and raised in Williston and grew up participating in many of the parks and recreation programs he now gets to help support. As a student-athlete at Gonzaga University, James earned degrees in Sports Management and Business Administration while competing in cross country and track for the Zags.
This summer, James is looking forward to learning more about sports and recreation while helping provide a great experience for everyone involved in our programs. He plans to pursue his MBA with the goal of one day supporting student-athletes as an Athletic Director.
