Meet Coach Jen!
With 15 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and fitness, Jen has dedicated her career to helping individuals move better, recover stronger, and build lasting strength. As a strength coach and Certified Athletic Trainer, she has worked across a variety of settings, including TRX training, strength and conditioning, CrossFit, and post-rehabilitation fitness.
Today, Jen combines her extensive expertise with her greatest passion: supporting and empowering women at every stage.
Coach Coach Jen Farrugia, MSAT, ATC, CSCS is currently offering a specialty class TUESDAY at 5:30pm.

About Coach Jen’s Specialty Post Partum Class 💭
“Whether you are a first time mom or 3rd time mom, let’s be honest, each experience can be different and present new challenges. Let’s not let movement be one of them. This is a total body strength class that will focus on restoring posture, improving single leg strength + core connectivity. This is a supportive + welcoming setting to help build the fundamentals for a lifetime of athleticism.
This class is for those who are 4 months post-partum or expecting. If you are 6 weeks-4 months PP I still have offerings for you and please reach out!” Coach Jen
