CYCLE FOR CHARITY to support breast cancer survivors and their loved ones: an event in partnership with and an opportunity for the ALIGN Community to fundraise for an incredible organization, and to support those directly impacted by breast cancer.

Join us on Saturday, October 25th for 1, 2, or all 3 rides!

Ride 1: 7:30am - 8:30am
Ride 2: 9:00am - 10:00am
Ride 3: 10:30am - 11:30am

$30 per ride, and you are encouraged to register for multiple time slots!

How to build rest into your schedule:

Rest isn’t a break from training, it’s part of the training process. Rest is when the real gains happen. Every climb, sprint, and rep gets stronger when you give your body time to rest.

01. Plan for rest days
Rest days are part of the training program. Put rest days on the calendar just like you do with a workout, class, or physical activity.

02. Slow it down
Active recovery counts: a walk, stretch, or mobility session keeps you moving without the burn.

03. Make it a ritual
Whether it’s foam rolling, tea before bed, or a long nap - find what helps your body recharge.

04. Breathe
A few minutes of deep breathing calms your system and sets you up for your next workout.

05. Protect your energy
Rest isn’t lazy - it’s fuel. Your body needs time to rest so you have time to recover, recharge, and reset.

Rest is a critical part of your training routine. Better recovery = better rides, better lifts, and a better you!
