Bring the kids along and make memories that will last a lifetime! StowAway Marina and RV park is a great place to launch a boat and bring the RV for a few days! The park is gated and quite! it's off the beaten path and protected from the winds. Beautiful wooded RV spaces available. Boat slips with great fishing right there!

Went catfishing and kept 56 good ones and probably threw back that many short rascals!!

Well dang it!! Not a day I wanted but God took my dad this morning!

My wife and I went to visit him in the hospital in Temple Texas Friday and cooked up some fresh Lake Conroe catfish!!

To make it more like home we cooked the fish in the hospital parking lot and carried that fresh hot fried catfish up to the 3rd floor with that smell oozing from the pan!

Once we got in I sat the tin next to him and said it’s as close to sitting in Llano as I can make it! He ate four pieces of fish which is more than he had eaten in a month.

We all including my Dad and Charlene’s pastor ate some fried fish!

He had not eaten since Friday and passed away around 9:20am this morning!

Well the shad assassin in a 3/8 ounce assassin jig head caught the majority of the stripers and hybrids on Lake Buchan...

Well the shad assassin in a 3/8 ounce assassin jig head caught the majority of the stripers and hybrids on Lake Buchanan this week! The Artimis Shad caught a few but the big winner is Shad Assassin!!

We crappie fished a little this morning and only got one big bream! Changed to some hybrids and catfish!!

We kept 2 nice hybrids and 43 catfish! Probably threw back a dozen smaller catfish and 30 or more small hybrids!!
