My journey began with a passion for dancing and entertaining at the of age 4. My grandparents would encourage me to dance for family and friends at the local blues concerts in Lawnside. I am no stranger to fitness. I was a very active and creative child who was always the one to bring home permission slips to my mom so that I could participate in track and field, cross country running, the local d
ance troop, gymnastics, tennis, field hockey, soccer, the district choir, martial arts, ballet and modern dance. I just about "lived" at the N.E Boys and Girls Club because of all of the programs they offered. I later attended a middle school for the Arts and attended two different high schools. My first two years were spent
at the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) as a dance major. My last two years were spent at The Philadelphia High School for Girls, which is a Magnet/Academic school. Fitness has been and is still a large part of my life for sure. My background in fitness and the arts made it easy to transition into
Zumba, which encompasses many different forms of dance expression. I am certified in Zumba (Zumba Fitness, LLC) and in Cardio Kickboxing (AFAA). I believe that a person's journey for self improvement should never end! I am here to serve you. God "gives" so that we can share our gifts with others and lead a "Purposeful" life.
