Just about 10 years later and is still at it, but I have to say I drove right past him on my way to practice and didn't recognize him. when I 1st met Andy he was in 7th grade and weighed somewhere around 280lbs. Seeing how far he's come with his martial arts and fitness journey is truly inspiring. I know I saw a lot of light bulb moments from all my students that worked with him last night. Great work Andy, I can't wait to see what's next for you. Keep it up! 💪🐸
