Congratulations to our Client of the Month, Doug!

"My initial goals were simple – go to the gym 3 times a week and lose weight. I’m happy to say that for the last 3 months, I’ve committed to my training sessions with Travis every other day.

So far, utilizing the gym’s InBody Scan, I have lost 9lbs and 5% body fat and gained 4lbs of muscle in 12 weeks. Being able to see the results on paper for what you worked so hard for is a great feeling and I am excited to continue this journey.

Travis has been the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He listens to what my goals are and makes a game plan on how to achieve them. Travis continuously reinforces proper form when doing exercises, which I constantly need.

Jada Blitz has an amazing team with everything you could need under one roof. Not too long ago while doing a deadlift, I did the cardinal sin of rounding my back and immediately felt the strain in my lower back. Travis had me stop and gave me various stretches to relieve the strain. I was done for the day and thinking “This is it, I won’t lift for weeks if not longer”.
However, Travis referred me to Alex Miller, a Message Therapist at the gym. I hurt my back on a Monday and saw Alex the next day. He was great and worked on my lower back for an hour. After the session, I felt much better and Alex communicated with Travis on what exercises and stretches he recommends so I could get back to lifting. By Wednesday, I was back in the gym doing my upper body routine with a few adjustments. I didn’t feel any pain in my lower back. That Friday, I was doing my lower body routine with stretches and more core exercises. I felt better and hardly backtracked at all on the gains I made over the last couple of months."

We would like to give big Jada Blitz welcome to our newest Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Matt!

From training clients 1-1 to teaching classes with over 40 people, Matt has worked with many clientele over the last 10 years. He believes that personal training is a way to build and adapt the body to becoming strong, not only in the physical sense, but also in the mind. He wholeheartedly believes that exercise is the true fountain of youth.

Matt likes to work as a team with his clients to make the seemingly impossible become a reality. He loves to help people work through injuries, achieve weight loss, gain strength, and help accomplish any other goals they may have. Fitness to Matt is the reason he wakes up everyday. He believes that it pushes you to be the best you can in all aspects of life.

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Angel!

"I was interested in joining Jada Blitz because I was very impressed with the size of the gym as I wanted to exclusively focus on personal training.

Originally, my goals were to lose weight while building muscle. I am currently 10% away from where I would ultimately like to land. Now that I have lost weight, I would like to focus more on muscle definition while decreasing my overall body fat. When it comes to building muscle, I like to take the approach that it’s not a race, it’s a marathon.

Training with Whitney has been great! When I first started, we had no foundation so we found a baseline and built from there. Whitney has been patient, flexible, and keeps challenging my limits."

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Ashley!⁠

"I am a Group Fitness Instructor and started at Jada Blitz Fitness back in 2020, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the ride! Before that, I’d try out various studios across WNY. But I gotta say, none of them felt quite like home or had that ‘family vibe’ I was craving.⁠

Not only is it my absolute favorite place to work, but it’s also my go-to workout destination. It’s got all the ingredients for a fantastic fitness journey, and I’m here for it.⁠

I began training with Ben back in March because I recognized the importance of having a dedicated support system when pursuing my goals. Personal Training has been instrumental in pushing me beyond my comfort zone.⁠

My primary objectives were to build strength and enhance my confidence in exercising. I set out on this Personal Training journey with one clear goal in mind: I wanted more upper body strength. And let me tell you, I’m feeling so “lifted” by the progress I’ve made!⁠

Ben is an absolute fitness guru. 🤓 He knows his stuff. I’m constantly learning new things from him. It’s like I’ve got this treasure trove of knowledge that I can sprinkle into my own fitness classes. Congratulations to our Clients of the Week, Meegan & Chelsea!

"Chelsea: I have been a member at Jada Blitz since January 2021. My husband and I had just moved out this way and had heard great things about the facility. One of those recommendations coming from Meegan! I was looking for a place where I felt I could really see myself reaching goals and Jada Blitz definitely fit the bill.

My initial goal were to lose 20lbs, as I was at the highest weight I had ever been upon joining. My current goals are to maintain the progress I was able to accomplish, as well as tone up. I think I’ve been keeping up with it pretty well!

The training experience with Alex has been great! I had initially started training with him, but had a brief interim as our schedules became different. Being able to come back and train with Alex was exciting for me. What I enjoy most about working with Alex is that he is really personable, and we make sure to have fun! It makes coming to the sessions easier."

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Stefanie!⁠

"Currently, my goal is to return to 100% strength after suffering a devastating injury- I tore my right bicep resulting in Compartment Syndrome. The severity of the injury almost made me lose my arm in May. Now, I want to lose body fat while increasing strength and staying injury free.

Through my injury recovery, Anthony made sure we kept working on lower body to keep my stamina up. As I progressed, Anthony worked closely with Dr. Jimmy from .pt to make sure I wasn’t doing too much too soon. My trainer taking the time to make sure I stayed safe but still pushed myself was vital in my quick recovery.

In joining Jada Blitz, I've learned that it's important to align yourself with a team that will help you reach your goal. I know that my quick bicep tear recovery was because of Anthony and Dr. Jimmy working together to push me safely. My surgeon warned me that it would take about 9 months to get back to normal use. This past week, 13 weeks after my surgery, I was released from my Ortho Surgeon to resume activities with no restrictions.

The environment of your trainer being able to work directly with your Physical Therapist, along with available to work on any ailments with massage therapy, makes Jada the perfect place to find the healthiest version of yourself."

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Alyssa!

"I have been with Jada Blitz for a few years now. I knew Will was a trainer here and thought he would be a good fit to help me get into fighting shape.

My initial and current goal is to be in shape and gain more explosive power for Muay Thai. I think most of those goals have been met, but there is always room for improvement.

My experience with Will has been very good. He is a great trainer and friend. He is willing to push me even when I'm stubborn and is always looking for ways to help me improve."
