This month, she arrives in Virgo: the sign of devotion, discernment, and sacred order. Not the perfectionism we were taught to chase, but the deeper Virgo medicine: the wisdom to ask,
"Does this serve my becoming?"

This is one of the most confronting concepts in Jungian psychology. And one of the most transformational.

It is called projection. It is not always the case, but it sure is more often than we would like to admit.

The shadow holds the parts of us we were taught were too much, not enough, or unacceptable.

And until we bring them into the light they will keep showing up in the people around us asking to be recognised.

The next time someone triggers a strong reaction in you, pause and ask yourself this before reacting.

What is this showing me about myself? That one question can change everything. 💜

For 14 years, I was building my business while quietly terrified of being seen.

I was an introverted empath who had done the work, earned the certifications, and genuinely believed in what I had to offer. But the moment it came to showing up online, speaking on video, or putting myself out there, something inside me would freeze.

I told myself I was not ready. That I needed more training. That the world did not need another voice. I hid behind my knowledge because stepping into visibility felt unbearable.

What I did not understand then was that this was not a knowledge problem. It was an identity problem.

I had not yet done the deep work of claiming who I actually was. My authentic strength. My unique gifts. The version of me that did not need to shrink to feel safe.

When I finally turned inward and began that work, everything shifted. Not overnight. But slowly, and in a way that has never left me. 💜

✨ What patterns keep repeating in my life?
✨ What am I getting from this pattern, healthy or unhealthy rewards?
✨ What parts of myself did I learn were unacceptable?
✨ Whose voice is in your head when you are doubting your worth?
