MISSOURI The picture on the left is after a rock strike. The picture on the right is after straightening it out. No cracked welds. The stainless is somewhat soft and easily repaired. That heel plate on the grill bar assembly maybe even saved the aluminum intake.

MISSOURI- Rock Ejector w/Grass Control- Fin Kit

This is a large OBJ intake with Rock Ejector and fins installed.
Notice how well these 2 additions to a jet foot protect the aluminum foot from both a heel strike or a side strike. Of course, the fins will bend but can easily be straightened and will last much longer than aluminum fins. Same with the stainless grill bars. So if you are concerned with protecting your aluminum foot, why not do it with this setup?
We do the Rock Ejector in all 4 sizes of intakes and make stainless fins for medium, large and x-large intakes.

The cable clamp on the left is stainless. The clamp on the right is yellow zinc coated steel. We have chosen to go with the zinc and have been asked why not stainless? As you can see the zinc coated one is much thicker. I tested a stainless one on my boat and just wasn't happy with the strength of it. If someone has come across a heavier stainless cable clamp, please let me know. Jim S.

Easiest way to determine what size jet foot you have
8 grill bars-SMALL
9 grill bars and approx. 6 1/4" between grill rods-MEDIUM
9 grill bars and approx. 7 3/8" between grill rods-LARGE
10 grill bars-XLARGE
You can measure the distance between the grill rods on the side of the foot.

We make and stock Rock Ejectors for all 4 sizes of intakes.
We stock cables from 5' to 13' in 1 ft increments and of course longer cables are available.

Fin sizes refer to the size intake that you have.

When you check out on the website there is a place to leave a note.
Please put what motor size and cable length. We'll be happy to help with measuring your cable length. We definitely want you to have the best install as possible. Call if you have any questions.
