No Gi BJJ classes at SPAR are getting bigger and stronger by the day 💪 🙌 Beginning this evening, we are adding a NEW NO GI FUNDAMENTALS class from 7:30pm-8:15pm. These classes will run every Monday and Wednesday evening at this time. Beginners make sure to check this class out upstairs with Professors Ashley and Mike!!! Downstairs No Gi all levels with Professor Eduardo!!! Something for everyone at SPAR from beginner to advanced level and everyone in between!
