Starting next week we are introducing Open Flow — open studio time just for Yoga + Pilates teachers to move, breathe, and bounce ideas around.

🗓 Mondays + Wednesdays 10am–12pm (drop in anytime)
🗓️ Saturday and Sundays 12-2pm (come anytime)
💸 $15 per person
