Dinner Specials June 15 - 17:
Black Diamond Sirloin - $28; served with sauteed mushrooms, potato hash and grilled asparagus.

Atlantic Scallops - $32; seared and served with cauliflower soubise, corn vinaigrette and crispy leeks.

Chile Rellenos - $22; tempura poblano chile stuffed with corn, mushrooms, cheese, pico de gallo, salsa verde and nogada sauce over rice.

Brandy Chicken - $28; sauteed chicken tenders in a brandy sauce, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes over sweet pea and carmelized onion ravioli.

Dinner served until 8pm.

Due to the rain we've already received, and the continued rain in the forecast, Taconic Golf Course and Clubhouse are closed for the day. The course will reopen tomorrow (September 7), and the Clubhouse will open at noon. Thank you!

Fourth of July celebration at Taconic tomorrow. Grounds open at 6pm; fireworks at 9pm; backyard grill buffet available - first come, first serve. Adults - $18; Children under 10 - $6. Hope to see you there!
