New Year, New Beginnings. I have been a strength and conditioning specialist for over 25 years and have loved all stages. I have had the opportunity to work with a handful of professional athletes, many high school athletes, lots of college athletes and wide variety of weekend warriors. My business partner Dave Armet and I founded 3ACT Slide 10 years ago and I believe that all of these adventures have led me to where I am today...launching the LiM Method.
My experiences of being a runner and a mom of 3 has also played a huge role in understanding and appreciating what the body can do.
I am excited to announce that the LiM Method, a system designed to solve urinary incontinence through the power of movement, is available today.
